First of all you will need soya chunks here. Here I have taken 100 grams of soya chunks. These days they are easily available in the market. If you don’t find them, you can also buy them online. Now these are hard. So how to make them soft? Take water in a vessel.

You have to add salt to it and boil the water. And see, you also have to add soya chunks to it. You have to let it boil till it boils well. As soon as it starts boiling, turn off the gas flame. You have to leave the soya chunks in water like this for 5 minutes. See, they become soft well. After this, you have to squeeze out all the excess water inside them like this so here we will use two onions and two tomatoes. Chop the onion. You have to grind the tomatoes and add them. Okay? And for better taste you can add some whole spices. If whole spices are not available, then you can use garam masala powder. 100 grams. You have to take curd. Your curd should not be sour because tomatoes have been used in large quantity here. After this you have to take a pan. Add mustard oil in it. You have to heat the mustard oil well. As soon as the oil gets hot, add some whole spices to it. Along with this you have to add finely chopped garlic. You can crush the garlic as per your wish and add it here. And see, the garlic is cooked on medium flame. After this you have to add finely chopped onion to it.

This is the easiest way and here you do not even have to fry the soya chunks. After this you have to add one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to it. You also have to cook the ginger-garlic paste well so that its raw taste goes away. So see, I have cooked the paste for some time and here the onion has become soft. The raw taste of onion is also gone. Now you have to add potatoes to it. So here I took a big size potato. I have cut it and added it. Add potatoes too. And you have to fry the potatoes with onions for some time. Now see this, you can see the color of onions. It has become very light golden brown. You have to add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. You have to add one teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder to it. You have to mix turmeric powder and Kashmiri chili powder. And you have to cook it for 20 to 30 seconds. After this you must have squeezed out the water from the soya chunks. You have to add soya chunks here too. And you have to fry the soya chunks with onions for some time. Okay? Do not use extra oil. Butter should not be used to fry them. Here you have to fry them with onions in the same way. Only then will the taste be good.

So see, here I have also fried soya chunks for about 3 to 4 minutes. Now after this you have to add tomatoes to it. You should have grinded tomatoes and you have to mix them well here. So when you add tomatoes here, the soya junk will absorb all the moisture of the tomatoes. But you have to fry the tomatoes here for some time so that the raw taste of the tomatoes goes away. And after this, when the tomatoes are fried, you have to add spices to it. So in the spices, you have to add half a teaspoon of coriander powder. Add half a teaspoon of cumin powder to it. You have to add a little kasuri methi to it. Fry the kasuri methi and add it. Only then it tastes good. You have to add half a teaspoon of garam masala powder to it. And cook these spices lightly for 20 to 30 seconds.

Then you have to add curd to it. The curd you must have taken is of 100 grams. You have to whisk the curd and add it so that the lumps in the curd disappear and you mix the curd well. Along with this, you also have to fry the curd here so that the real taste of the curd does not go away. When you fry it Well, the colour of the spices comes out automatically. So you will prepare it by frying tomatoes well with curd. The food tastes very good. See, it was roasted with tomatoes for three to four minutes. Here I have also fried soya chunks with curd for 3 to 4 minutes. Now here we have used Kashmiri chili powder for the colour. To make it spicy, you have to add some chopped green chilies to it. And you have to add green chilies here as well. So when all the moisture present inside these chunks is completely absorbed, then you do not have to add water to it. So add about two to three cups of water to it and you have to mix the water well. You have to add a little more water here because soya chunks neither get cooked with spices nor with water and its taste is very good.

Only then the good taste of the spices comes inside it. So I have added two more cups of water and mixed it well. Now you have to cover it with soya chunks from above. And let the soya chunks cook on medium to high flame for about 5 to 7 minutes. We will cook it on medium to high flame so that the water we added dries up a little. And look, the soya chunks have become soft well. The potatoes we added in it are also cooked. The spices have also got a good taste.
