How To make Pav Bhaji :-

  • Boil & mash vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots).
  • Sauté onions, tomatoes, and capsicum in butter.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, spices, pav bhaji masala.
  • Mix in the mashed veggies and simmer till flavors blend.
  • Toast the pav with butter and a pinch of masala.
  • Serve hot with lemon, onions, and coriander.

  • Prepare the Vegetables:

Boil the potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and carrots until soft. Mash lightly with a potato masher.

Keep them aside.

  1. Cook the Bhaji:
  • Heat butter and oil in a large pan.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and cook till soft and mushy.
