To make bhindi ki sabzi, I have taken 500 grams of bhindi. Wash the bhindi properly and wipe it with a cloth and then cut both its ends. bhindi sabzi for lunch
So, I have used a little desi bhindi. We will make a slit in it like this and I have used small sized bhindi. If the size of bhindi is big, then cut it into two pieces and if it is small, then leave it as one. bhindi ki sabzi without onion garlic

Here I have chopped all the bhindi, now let’s move on to the process of frying it. We will deep fry the bhindi, if you want you can also shallow fry it, the method I am telling here will involve deep frying. So as the oil gets fried we will fry the bhindi. dry bhindi ki sabzi recipe
When you fry the bhindi and make its vegetable, its stickiness disappears. You can also shallow fry the bhindi instead of deep frying. If you deep fry it, its taste will become like the bhindi that is served in weddings. Cook the bhindi for 2 minutes. simple bhindi recipe for beginners
And in the same way we will fry the rest of the bhindi. Increase the flame of the gas to high and let it cook. Here we have fried all the bhindi. Now what we will do is fry the onion and take it out.

Just like we put onion pieces in Manchurian, we have to cut the onion into big pieces. Now we will fry the onion in oil for just 1 minute and then take it out from the pan.
As soon as it starts to turn red, we will take it out. healthy bhindi curry without tomato
So here we have fried the ladyfinger and now we move on to the process of making the vegetable. Now we will cook the vegetable in the same pan. If we see more oil, it means the oil is too oily, so we reduce it.

Add a little asafoetida, it will make the taste good. Add two to three green chillies after making a slit in it. After this, we will add garlic cut lengthwise. Curry leaves also taste good in this vegetable. So if you have curry leaves, add them too. Mix everything.
After this, we will add the onion cut lengthwise and cook it for 3-4 minutes. After that, we will add tomatoes. Now we will cook it for just two minutes.

So here, we have not melted the tomatoes much. So add one teaspoon turmeric, one tablespoon I am using Kashmiri red chilli powder here, so that the colour of the vegetable becomes like the one for weddings. Add two teaspoons coriander powder, one teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and garam masala and mix it well. Now we will cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes. Be careful not to let the tomatoes melt, so cover it only halfway. Now we will mix it. Now we will add ladyfinger and after adding ladyfinger we will add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it. Now we will cover it and let it cook on low flame for 7 minutes. Lastly, add onion which we have fried. You can use a little dry mango powder or lemon juice. Now we will mix it and turn off the gas. Do not cook it after adding onion and after this we will add coriander leaves. As soon as we mix all these, our ladyfinger vegetable is ready, now we can serve it, thank you.
